Wind chill values will be as low as -5 degrees as a northeast wind blows between 5 and 10 mph.

Temperatures across the entire region will be in the mid-to-upper-teens tonight through tomorrow night.  A north wind will blow between 15 and 20 mph though tomorrow night with gusts as high as 30 mph.  This will create wind chill values as low as -10 degrees, especially Sunday night when the air temperature drops to the mid-single-digit range.
